Well it seems that my most current entry has been removed in violation of policy. The Matrix Style for Black Box contained a background by Warner Bros. Entertainment. I did state in the style note itself that the background was the property of Warner Bros. Entertainment, as well as stating this in the commetns about the piece. Warner Bros. allows desktops to be redistributed freely as long as the remain the intelectual property of Timewarner. I did this, I did not include their copywrited material in the background it was the Desktop provided by Warner in it's unaltered form, and I don't believe that this makes me in viiolation of policy. have submitted to the help desk a request to have it reinstated on the basis that I gave appropriate credit was given for the materials contained and that I was not submitting the background as my work, I was submitting the Style. We will have to see what happens, I hope that they will reinstate the submission, but if not i am willing to provide a more verbose disclaimer and/or remove the image from the archive containing the style, and link to it on one of the many webservers that have it in the commments.
